I ordered the Slash and Stash folding knife. What a horrible experience. The instructions were among the worst, most unclear I have ever seen. I actually had to talk with support using their online chat and still got nowhere. There were no indications which screws were for what, and the picture at the end of Step 1 had parts attached to the knife that were never mentioned in the text for Step 1.I am a DIYer and know my way around tools, but this "project" was impossible to complete via the instructions or intuition. Overall a very bad experience. By the way, This is the only bad review I have ever left anywhere.
