Very disappointed with delivery and customer service. Placed my order and it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. Here we are Sunday and I’m told my package has been lost. It kept saying out for delivery since Thursday and has been moving through the states so I’m not sure how something can continue to get scanned but is lost. Customer Rep told me FedEx would deliver and basically just give them time. Called today and Rep told me it’s lost and they would refund me my shipping cost. It was a birthday gift that never got to my boyfriend. When she offered me my shipping cost refund I felt like she spit on my frustration. Here I am covid19 positive, feeling like hell, I done placed an order that was supposed to be delivered Thursday as a birthday gift and a big sorry I can’t celebrate with you because I’m sick but $10 refund makes it all better like give me a break. Rep places another order and tells me it’s free of charge, again like are you doing me a favor by not charging me. Why would I pay twice for something that wasn’t delivered. So apparently he will receive it by Tuesday which she said is expedited but his birthday already passed and why not overnight it because from Sunday to Tuesday is not expedited. I placed my order Tuesday and Thursday was the delivery date so looks the same to me. I’m sick, I’m frustrated and disappointed. Wish it would’ve been different. I truly did not expect this frustration. This company was recommended to me and I was going to pass that recommendation along. So dissatisfied
