I ordered a gift for my husband for his birthday, FedEx messed up and did not deliver my order…. So I emailed and texted Mancrates customer service. They responded in a timely manner and really tried to make my experience right and great with Mancrates. They sent me another package overnight. Although it was late for my husband’s birthday, we could not appreciate more. Really high 5 their service. Thank you. Also, beef jerky I bought for husband was amazing!!
