First timer to Man Crate, and I didn't have an issue with ordering, delivery, or product kit. I bought the knife crate for my Dad on his birthday. He likes to tinker, so assembling a knife would be an enjoyable project. SUrprised by how complete the kit was, he was overwhelmingly amazed with the vise. Though the finished project was nice, for him the vice was the real gift!!!
