I waited four days for dispatch and I'm still waiting for delivery or a refund. I'm not happy with the service. The driver tried three times to deliver but got lost each time or used outdated navigation. Now they want me to pick it up from their warehouse, but I don't have a car. I wasn't given a local pickup option. I'm no longer willing to wait and have requested a recall and refund. It's disappointing because I really liked the item, but this experience has made me hesitant to shop again.
