I received the wrong item in reused packaging that had hair in it, indicating it may have been worn by someone else. The packaging, though damaged, was meant for the correct item, but what was inside did not match. There was no way to contact customer support, and returning it would cost almost as much as the item itself.
I placed an online order for two pairs of trousers to be picked up from a specific location. When I checked the mall directory, there was no store listed. After some investigation, I found out that the collection point was actually a different store. I loved the trousers, but I had a moment of panic thinking I had been misled by a non-existent shop!

I wasn't given a local pickup option. I'm no longer willing to wait and have requested a recall and refund. It's disappointing because I really liked the item, but this experience has made me hesitant to shop again.
