If you are a man over 40 and looking to get in shape, lose weight and learn how to exercise smarter and eat better, I highly recommend Mandeville Fitness. I have been working with Logan for almost ten months now and have had excellent results. I dropped 20 pounds and am building muscle. I’m seeing progress that I wasn’t seeing when I was working out for years before joining Logan’s team. Logan’s workouts are designed for the individual needs and goals of his clients. His nutrition guidance is reasonable and doable. Through every step of the process Logan has worked with me to make sure that my needs are being met. Logan is positive, empathetic, supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable, dedicated and is general an all around good guy. It’s been a pleasure working with him to meet my fitness goals and I have felt supported, challenged (in a good way) and encouraged the entire time. If you are looking to make progress on your fitness journey Logan is the guy for you.
