Mandeville Fitness delivered what I needed!

Logan was the prefect coach for me at a time when I needed guidance and support and advice. I needed a coach that would collaborate and customize a plan for me to help me reach my fitness and nutrition goals. I worked with Mandeville Fitness and Logan for 2 1/2 years and during that time I reached at least 10 personal fitness milestones. I was able to do that only through Logan's custom coaching plan and focus on my progress which he oversaw. We checked in weekly and it was during those times Logan impressed me. When I needed motivation or course correction Logan was on it. His style of coaching is great for motivated people as well as those of us that occasionally need to hear how to get back on track and a push to get there or even just words of encouragement. He was the perfect fitness coach that also provided accountability and nutritional advice, direction and clarity. I highly recommend working with Logan and Mandeville Fitness.
