If I could have given this incompetent company and Vinted zero stars I would.My problem is the same as most on here.I joined Vinted approximately 5 weeks ago.Advertised 3 items, successfully sold one and since then they’ve blocked my account and frozen my funds.Vinted blame Mangopay who have asked me 3 times for proof of I D, and I sent it 3 times.Vinted have told me today for the fourth time to give it 5 days.You couldn’t make it up !I asked Vinted 3 times for a direct number to Mangopay, only for them not to oblige me.I have never known of two totally inept companies as Vinted and Mangopay.I have given Vinted until the end of this week or I’ll contact the ombudsman and the police, as surely these companies need investigating.Anybody reading these reviews before joining these companies…… steer clear !P.S.I’ve just tried emailing Mangopay, and on entering my email, I was met with a message “we do not recognise sky.com” This message was repeated when I tried Hotmail.com and then again gmail.com.So trying to contact them is futile !
