As a partner of Vinted, continuously rejecting my verification as a pro seller, I can’t believe there is not a way to find a better way to communicate directly about the reasons for the rejection. I have uploaded my documents several times now and Vinted support do not have the answers and are rude to me when saying so. I have been trying to resolve this for two weeks now and keep getting mixed messages, incorrect and unhelpful information and abuse from customer support (I quote “if you cannot follow the guidelines that is not our issue”). Your company name is associated with this and it’s giving a terrible impression of your company in this partnership.I would be happy to update this review if somebody can contact me and tell me what I am doing wrong.
