So I am a seller on the platform Vinted. After a completed sale on 04.04.24 I pressed withdrawal of funds to my bank account. Guess what…? I got zero monies from Mangopay. So today 26.03.24 …I’m still waiting 🙈 When you join Vinted you become a “client” of their payment provider Mangopay but as their client I can’t talk directly to them about my missing funds? So I’ve contacted the FCA to support me with this second rate company… To all of you who are fighting this electronic payment provider log a complaint with FCA so they can make a visit to their main office and manage their policies so that they actually work. By the way Mangopay don’t be sending me no automated message or response as I have had a belly full of those. 💪🏻
