Extremely disappointing customer support. I paid for next day delivery on two items, expecting them to arrive even a few days later. A week has gone by, and my package is lost. The support team keeps telling me to wait for an investigation, and they refuse to issue a refund until they hear from the delivery service, which is not my concern. They send the same copied message daily. AVOID THIS SERVICE, IT FEELS LIKE A SCAM.
