The website advertised the set as being of “high quality” with “easy returns.” However, when it arrived, the fabric was cheap and the sizing was completely inaccurate, resembling something poorly made. Additionally, the QR code for returns didn’t work, and I received no assistance, forcing me to pay for the return myself (an extra 70 pounds). Although I was notified that my package was received three days later, it has now been 26 days, and I have had no communication regarding my refund. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store, particularly online, as it feels like a complete scam, and their customer service is frustrating and unhelpful.
