I purchased an oversized fur coat with a leather belt as a birthday gift. Regrettably, the first coat arrived defective, with buttons falling off almost immediately. After returning it, I received a replacement, but it had the same issue, with multiple buttons coming off again. The customer service was particularly frustrating. Even after explaining that this was a replacement with the same problem, I only received generic responses and was told my only option was to return the coat again. There was no flexibility or offer to cover a minor local repair. Additionally, there were administrative issues, such as a refund issued without my consent and for the wrong amount, which only added to my frustration. At a price of £300, the quality was disappointing. The materials are mostly polyester, making the repeated stitching failures even harder to accept at this price point. In the end, I opted to keep the coat and paid for repairs myself to avoid another return process. While the coat looks nice, the quality control and customer support were lacking for a £300 item, and this experience has certainly deterred me from ordering again.
