WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Guys do not buy if you are expecting delivery, maybe it will be better in the physical store..or just don’t buy! I’m awfully disappointed!!! My order had to arrive like 10 days ago, customer service told me to wait and gave no more info, then I waited. Now they inform me that the package was returned for no reason and they ask if I want them to sen it back- I said OK, but then the worst thing happened they say I can only have what is left available from the products. Then inform me only one product is not available. In a few hours I get a refund of much more money which means there are more products. So finally half of my order is not available they don’t take responsibility and I will make sure to inform as many as I can what it is about! So other people don’t get f*cked up like me!!! CS are joking with me like I speak to a cheap demo version of an AI CS… how could it be possible people!!! Your worst problem is not the situation itself, but you inadequate reaction and the fact that you don’t move a finger to compensate a customer who has just spend around 2000 euros. Not anymore!
