Customer Service is stellar!
I ordered this product for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately bad weather moved in and the delivery company were awful with their communications regarding tracking. I reached out to customer service at Manmade and they immediately knocked it out of the park with addressing the issue. The product arrived for Christmas. Issues sometimes happen but how the customers concerns are dealt with is critical and they proved they know their Customer Service and have hired a team that understands customer satisfaction is top priority.
I would definitely buy from this company again.
