The team has been extremely helpful and quick in answering questions and very generous with how they helped me solve a mistake I made on my end. After having surgery, these underwear provide the utmost comfort and support. They are truly the most comfortable underwear I’ve worn, well worth the money! They are exactly as described on the Manmade website.
Some reviewers complain about the price being too expensive,……you get what you pay for. You can purchase a four pack of any competitors’ brand for less, but there is no comparison to Manmade brand.

Received the Black Friday bundle as a Christmas gift. The boxers felt nice initially, and the fit was good, but they became uncomfortably warm quickly, causing me to sweat. It's minus 30 outside in January, and indoors it's 67°F, so I can't imagine how they'd perform in the summer. The breathability isn't as effective as advertised, which is disappointing given all the positive feedback. I might consider trying a brief version if it's ever available. I don't like writing negative reviews, but if you tend to sweat easily and experience heat rash, these might not be suitable for you. On a positive note, the return policy is excellent, and their email response was very prompt. Thank you to the team for that.
Purchased the Black Friday bundle. The socks were excessively small. The waistband is so slippery that they slide down quickly, even when tucking in my shirt to the shorts. They are unwearable, and the company refused to provide a full refund for my order. This was an expensive and regrettable choice. They do not seem to support their product adequately.
Customer Service is stellar!
I ordered this product for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately bad weather moved in and the delivery company were awful with their communications regarding tracking. I reached out to customer service at Manmade and they immediately knocked it out of the park with addressing the issue. The product arrived for Christmas. Issues sometimes happen but how the customers concerns are dealt with is critical and they proved they know their Customer Service and have hired a team that understands customer satisfaction is top priority.
I would definitely buy from this company again.

The product appears and feels low-quality, which is understandable considering its manufacturing location. You would expect items produced in a developing country to be significantly cheaper, yet they are not even made from 100% cotton. They might be suitable for casual use at home or walking a pet, but I wouldn't consider them appropriate for social or professional occasions.
Unmatched quality in the market. I bought my first 7 pairs over 2 years ago, and they still look brand new after regular wear and washing. The elastic band remains as strong as it was on day one. I truly appreciate the quality. You get what you pay for, and I won't choose anything but these boxer briefs.
