I have been trying to cancel my monthly order since August last year. Thry continue to take almost R2000 from my account every month. It has finally come to a stop. I have the monthly stock sitting in boxes ready to be returned, but in signing the form I waiver my rights, this includes postage! Its R75 every time! And now I must pay for returns as well. That is total insult to injury given if I could afford it I wouldn't be stopping my supply. I am disgusted at the service and total disregard and lack of care for a long standing supporter of this product. This has caused me so much anxiety. I am at my wits end as not sure how to fix this extremely simple situation. U basically stole my money ' im demanding u return it. End of story. U should be ashamed!
