They help me to stay healthy and avoid the colds and flus almost always, but I find their prices too high to recommend to friends that might not be able to afford them as easily as we can. I have been attempting to cancel my monthly order since August of last year. They continue to withdraw nearly R2000 from my account each month. It has finally stopped. I have the monthly products packed and ready for return, but signing the form waives my rights, including postage costs! It's R75 each time! Now I'm also expected to cover return shipping. This feels like adding insult to injury; if I could afford it, I wouldn't be halting my supply. I am appalled by the service and the complete lack of consideration for a long-time supporter of this product. This situation has caused me significant anxiety. I'm at my wit's end, unsure how to resolve what should be a straightforward issue. It feels as though my money has been taken unfairly, and I demand its return. This is unacceptable.

I'm impressed with how well these products work—they truly deliver on their promises. Beyond the quality, it's rewarding to support a company with such valuable initiatives, including a strong loyalty program and a commitment to helping malnourished children.
Mannatech has now stolen money from my credit card for the third time. Sending me products I did not order. They take no responsibility for this, rather forcing me up jump through excessive hoops, holding my money for months and forcing me to cover interest on the credit card payments. Their customer service representatives provide no assistance whatsoever. It is disgraceful that an alleged wellbeing company can operate while treating humans with such disrespect and disregard. I am hoping to cancel my account but who knows, probably get sent something I didn’t order in another few months.
My MiL has been on Mannatech for years and has encouraged me to use their products. I know she deeply believes in them, but going onto their so called Cdn site I was dumbstruck by all the “keywords” utilised, without ANY medical information included- cell to cell communication?? Which cells and how is this possible pathophysiologically? Sorry I am looking for specific things such as GI support as I have a medical condition that needs some targeted support? Also menopause is real and I would like to try to use a supplement that could help with this specifically. They are trying to sell u their business in order to buy it for 49.99 Cdn-!but no knowledge spoken ethically? Or using correct medical terminology- I am also
