I initially communicated with a representative who took my details and assured me of a viewing. However, when I called back to confirm, another team member stated they believed the property would be too small for my family, thus denying the viewing. When I requested to speak with management, no one was available. I emphasized that it should not be up to the agent to decide suitability for me, especially since the property meets legal space requirements. I sought a valid reason for the refusal and insisted on my right to view the property. The conversation led nowhere, as they remained firm in their stance. This was my first experience with this agency, and it was highly unprofessional. I felt unfairly judged. I cannot recommend this agency due to their discriminatory approach. I have taken further action on this matter and strongly advise other potential tenants to be cautious, as they appear to make subjective decisions before allowing viewings.
