However, when I followed up, another team member said they believed the property wouldn't suit my family, thus denying the viewing. I requested to speak with management, but no one was available. I explained that it was inappropriate for the agent to determine suitability for me, especially since the property met legal requirements. Unfortunately, the conversation was unproductive, as they remained firm in their refusal. This was my first encounter with this agency, and it felt unprofessional and judgmental. I cannot recommend them due to their discriminatory approach.

I am deeply disappointed. The agent accepted our offer and we signed the agreement. Yet, within 24 hours, we were informed of another offer. They did not reach out to see if we wanted to match it; instead, we received a cancelled agreement. When we contacted them, they simply stated they had chosen another offer.

They are always available and respond promptly, with impressive market knowledge. I felt well taken care of throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with them.
