I first spoke with a representative who gathered my information and assured me a viewing would be arranged. However, when I followed up, another team member said they believed the property wouldn't suit my family, thus denying the viewing. I requested to speak with management, but no one was available. I explained that it was inappropriate for the agent to determine suitability for me, especially since the property met legal requirements. Unfortunately, the conversation was unproductive, as they remained firm in their refusal. This was my first encounter with this agency, and it felt unprofessional and judgmental. I cannot recommend them due to their discriminatory approach.
