We had a hiccup at the final hurdle of our purchase as Barclays Bank was down and funds couldn't be transferred. Abi Clayton was supportive and calm after receiving numerous phone calls from me panicking (in tears!) we wouldn't get in. We eventually got the keys at 5 minutes to 5 and again all celebrated.
