Alex C was the most communicative and informed of all the people we dealt with for our sale and purchase. She kept us up to date and provided a really helpful go-between us and the vendors. She always responded promptly and was really helpful throughout the process. She was particularly helpful on moving day when we were stressed about a potential delay to getting the keys.
