I received my am/pm pill box today and was initially happy with it. However, my experience changed when I began using it. It could use a bit more friction on the drawers, as they feel too loose and are tricky to hold while tilting the box to access my medication. That’s a minor issue that I hope they will address. The most confusing problem is the am/pm markings on the end of the drawers. They are upside down! When I first used it, I accidentally spilled my medication on the floor. I don’t understand why it was designed this way. Overall, it feels good in hand, and I do like it, but the am/pm markings are a significant drawback. I'm keeping it, though, and will consider the next version if they fix these issues.
