I received the am/pm box and I'm genuinely happy with it; it looks fantastic and accommodates all my medications, even larger calcium tablets. The am/pm labels are reversed, but it’s not a major issue since the drawers are color-coded. For those interested, you can engrave the metal casing without damaging the finish, just make sure to choose laser engraving.

I received my am/pm pill box today and was initially happy with it. However, my experience changed when I began using it. It could use a bit more friction on the drawers, as they feel too loose and are tricky to hold while tilting the box to access my medication. That’s a minor issue that I hope they will address. The most confusing problem is the am/pm markings on the end of the drawers. They are upside down! When I first used it, I accidentally spilled my medication on the floor. I don’t understand why it was designed this way. Overall, it feels good in hand, and I do like it, but the am/pm markings are a significant drawback. I'm keeping it, though, and will consider the next version if they fix these issues.
I'm really fond of my am/pm pillbox. It looks smart, is discreet, and feels quite sturdy. Importantly, it doesn’t seem like it will open by accident while I’m traveling. There are a few improvements I’d appreciate: 1. Indexed stops to feel when I’ve opened it to the right spot, preventing accidental release of tomorrow's pills. 2. A way to access the middle of the week easily. For instance, if I'm away from Friday to Tuesday, I want to fill out the upcoming Monday and Tuesday without spilling Monday's pills while reaching for Saturday's. 3. Visibility to check inside without opening the box, allowing me to see if I’ve taken my tablets. 4. A locking mechanism for safety. These are minor issues, and overall, I feel much better traveling with this box than with any previous ones.
I've been using a standard 7-day plastic pill box until now. I bought the blue double am/pm pill organization box. After using it for a few months, I can confidently say it’s incredibly easy to use—everything in one place, and I love it. Thank you!
