I placed an order online on 1/12. After several days without any shipping confirmation, I reached out to check the estimated arrival time since the item was intended as a gift. Unfortunately, customer service was unresponsive; I tried calling multiple times without success and received no callbacks. I also sent several emails over the next ten days, but only received a generic response regarding the holiday season. Eventually, I had to file a dispute for a refund through the payment service on 11/12. While I did get my money back, I am unlikely to return. Why accept orders if you can't fulfill them? Very disappointed.
