Great service & really helpful even though I’m a very amateur guitarist. Paddy took the time to explain many things & answered all my question. Ended up buying an awesome guitar (which was also discounted by $300). Highly recommended.
It was okay overall—nothing special or worth highlighting. I called beforehand and was told they do price match, but that I needed to come into the store. When I arrived, they said they don’t price match bundled offers from other retailers.
The staff member assisting me did a few calculations and emphasized that she was already giving us a “big discount,” which she said was why they couldn’t match the bundle price. I’m not sure she realised that the price she gave—claimed to be heavily discounted—is actually same to what other retailers offer.
I had previously visited Piano Warehouse, which offered a better deal and shared more helpful suggestions. But going back and forth between stores just to save around $10–15 felt too tiring, so we decided to buy the P225 unit at Manny’s to avoid wasting more time. However, we ended up purchasing the accessories from another store a week later.
If Piano Warehouse had been closer, I probably would have bought everything from them instead.
I love Manny’s range of products and helpful staff. However, when I went to their store to buy some products, a couple were understandably not in stock but then shipped to me via a courier without option for them to deliver to local post office if I wasn’t home. I had to waste 45 minutes on phone to Australia Post and their StarTrack courier, who requires me to drive to their depot or schedule being home. I would have liked to use the product this weekend but still haven’t received it.
I really like the Manny's store at Fortitude Valley. My recent order they didn't have an item in store despite the website saying they had the item in stock. They offered to ship the item from a sister store over to theirs so they could fullfil the order.

I required the item within 2.5 weeks for an international flight, and delivery was expected to take just a few days, so I felt assured it would arrive on time. However, it took 1-2 weeks for the item to leave the warehouse, and it wasn’t tracked in the system until I reached out. The email support was generic and not helpful, and I couldn't get through to the phone support. I had to call various locations trying to find someone who could help escalate the issue.
Fortunately, I eventually spoke to someone in one of the locations who was able to expedite the process, and it arrived just in time for my flight.
I ordered an e-drum kit that was supposed to come with a drum stool, hickory sticks, and headphones. Unfortunately, only the drum kit was delivered. The full kit with accessories is listed at $1,199.00, while the kit alone costs $1,019.00, yet I was charged $1,199.00. I reached out to online customer service for clarification. At first, I was informed that I had purchased a "discounted" version, which was confusing since the standalone kit is less expensive than what was charged. After highlighting this discrepancy, I was told I had selected the wrong kit, which only included the drums without any accessories. I pointed out that this still didn't match the pricing on my invoice. Customer service then suggested I had entered an incorrect product code, despite the fact that customers cannot manually enter codes on the platform. Upon reviewing the website, I discovered that the product code for the kit alone was priced the same as the bundle with accessories, suggesting misleading or incorrect pricing on the site.
The communication was very good during the purchase process. However, after completing the transaction, I did not receive any follow-up or updates. One of the systems I ordered arrived nearly two weeks later than initially promised.
I purchased an amp along with a cable as a gift. I reached out to the seller three times to confirm that the cable would be included with the amp, since it's essential for use. Unfortunately, the cable ended up arriving two days after the amp.
I recently bought the Spark 2 amplifier and received it promptly. My wife intended to surprise me with the Spark bag for Christmas but discovered on the website that it’s currently included for free with the amp for a limited time. After a brief email exchange, they sent the bag to me at no charge, including free shipping. That's fantastic! You can't surpass service like this.
I placed an order online on 1/12. After several days without any shipping confirmation, I reached out to check the estimated arrival time since the item was intended as a gift. Unfortunately, customer service was unresponsive; I tried calling multiple times without success and received no callbacks. I also sent several emails over the next ten days, but only received a generic response regarding the holiday season. Eventually, I had to file a dispute for a refund through the payment service on 11/12. While I did get my money back, I am unlikely to return. Why accept orders if you can't fulfill them? Very disappointed.
