This has been a deeply frustrating experience with Compare The Bathroom Ltd via ManoMano, marked by two failed deliveries and zero accountability.The first delivery arrived incomplete. The driver dropped the large WC unit pallet on the sidewalk and left without assistance. We had to manually carry it up to flat 8 on the second floor. Upon opening it, we discovered that the tap and parts were missing, even though they were clearly included in the product listing.After reporting this, a replacement was promised. However, this second delivery has also failed. We were home all day on the date they claimed it was delivered, and no one buzzed, called, or attempted to come to our flat. Later, they claimed it was delivered to "house number 1," which does not exist in our block of flats. We even spoke to the residents of flat 1, who confirmed nothing was delivered to them.When we pressed for proof, they sent a photo of a closed door with no parcel in sight, no recipient, and no delivery confirmation. The residents shown also confirmed they received nothing.This order is critical to our ongoing refurbishment. We had already removed the existing WC assuming this would arrive in full. We should not be left at a loss due to an incomplete and then failed delivery.To make matters worse, their customer service lines are not picked up, making follow-up extremely difficult. Despite all of this, there has been no clear resolution, no refund, no redelivery, and no accountability. We have asked them to resolve this by Monday at the latest, but frankly, this should never have reached this point.One of the worst customer service experiences I have had from a home improvement retailer. Absolutely unacceptable
