While the staff member who assisted us was great, the follow-up service regarding our refund has been unsatisfactory. We bought a suitcase, which turned out to be faulty. Unfortunately, we couldn't return it as the store was closed and we were flying out the same day. I reached out to the company, and they insisted we return the case, which was impossible for us. It seemed they couldn't consider an exception. I then contacted the manufacturer, but by the time we received a response, we were back in Australia. The manufacturer stated they would credit the store if we received a refund. I’m shocked at how long this process has taken; after nearly two months of back-and-forth emails, we still haven't received our refund of about 77 Swiss francs. Next time I’m in Basel, I will thoroughly check anything I buy from the store before leaving.
