I purchased a phone online, and the experience has been frustrating. The delivery took too long, and when the phone finally arrived, it stopped working after just three days. I returned it immediately. Since then, I've been waiting for my refund with no updates. Communication has been lacking; my emails go mostly unanswered, and when I do get a response, it’s just assurances about the refund being processed, but nothing happens. There was also an issue with the delivery address, and no one reached out to resolve it, which added to my frustration. I am still waiting for my refund and have no clear answers. I cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking reliability.

Communication has been poor; my emails are often ignored, and when I do get a response, I’m only given vague promises about the refund being processed, but nothing happens. There was also an issue with the delivery address, and I received no contact to resolve it, which only increased my frustration. I am still waiting for my refund and lack any clear information. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone in search of reliability.
While the staff member who assisted us was great, the follow-up service regarding our refund has been unsatisfactory. We bought a suitcase, which turned out to be faulty. Unfortunately, we couldn't return it as the store was closed and we were flying out the same day. I reached out to the company, and they insisted we return the case, which was impossible for us. It seemed they couldn't consider an exception. I then contacted the manufacturer, but by the time we received a response, we were back in Australia. The manufacturer stated they would credit the store if we received a refund. I’m shocked at how long this process has taken; after nearly two months of back-and-forth emails, we still haven't received our refund of about 77 Swiss francs. Next time I’m in Basel, I will thoroughly check anything I buy from the store before leaving.
The company consistently delivers quality products and prompt service. However, I would recommend they stick with their original partner for invoices, as they continue to send them without necessary QR codes, which is problematic.
