I bought a phone online, and the experience has been very disappointing. The delivery took an excessive amount of time, and when the phone finally arrived, it stopped working after just three days. I returned it immediately. Since then, I've been waiting for my refund, but there has been no progress. Communication has been poor; my emails are often ignored, and when I do get a response, I’m only given vague promises about the refund being processed, but nothing happens. There was also an issue with the delivery address, and I received no contact to resolve it, which only increased my frustration. I am still waiting for my refund and lack any clear information. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone in search of reliability.
