Communication has been lacking; my emails go mostly unanswered, and when I do get a response, it’s just assurances about the refund being processed, but nothing happens. There was also an issue with the delivery address, and no one reached out to resolve it, which added to my frustration. I am still waiting for my refund and have no clear answers. I cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking reliability.
