This is a complete disaster. I highly recommend avoiding this service. I placed my order two weeks ago and still haven’t received my package. I’ve reached out multiple times about the order status, initially speaking with an automated system. Now I can't tell if I’m communicating with a bot or a real person. I informed them today that if my package doesn’t arrive in the next three days, I will escalate the situation to payment processors and law enforcement due to suspected fraud.
