Scam!!! This website consistently is focused on targeting people through automatic enrollment subscriptions. At checkout they auto-enroll you into their replacement blade subscriptions without telling you and will fight with even credit card companies and banks to hold you accountable. And after I contacted them numerous times they only responded when I threatened to report them to the federal fraud department for recurring charges. They took at least $300 from me before I could even get them to stop. My credit card company even took 2 months to dispute the claim because Manscaped tried to fight back. Strongly don't recommend this brand to anyone. There are far better razors as well at places like Phillips or Braun.
Manscaped continues to set themselves apart from the rest! Behind all the funny commercials and creative advertising is a line of superior products and unmatched customer service. Their Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra once again establishes them as the clear leader in their industry! This is hands down and without a shadow of a doubt the best razor they have created! From the beautiful appearance with the new forged gold color paired with the soft, almost rubber-like texture you can't help but smile when you pick this thing up! And the performance is better than all the rest, by a long shot! Thanks Manscaped for continuing to excel at what you guys do!
I bought this for my son. He absolutely loves it. It shaved well and didn’t cut or hurt him. He said that he felt better after using the razor . The product made it to my home pretty quickly, and was exactly as it was intended for use.
I’m very disappointed with my experience with MANSCAPED.
My Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra suddenly stopped working and would no longer charge, despite normal use.
I contacted customer support, provided clear photos, and explained the issue in detail. However, because I did not have proof of purchase (the device was received as a gift), they refused to replace or repair it.
The only solution offered was to pay for their VIP Protection program and place a new order just to qualify for a replacement. Requiring customers to pay extra to replace a defective device feels unfair and not customer-friendly.
Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the brand. I will not be purchasing MANSCAPED products again, and I would not recommend them to others based on their warranty and support practices.
Went to use it for the second time and dropped it by mistake. It broke into pieces and the frame broke as well. Wasn't even that high of a fall either.
Very, very disappointed in a razor that over 100 dollars. I'll stick with disposable from now on, at least that won't give me horrible razor burn like that will.
Save your money from this.

Last year I upgraded my brilliant Lawn Mower 3.0 trimmer to the 5.0 Ultra. I did this because the 3.0 was getting to the point where it was struggling to retain its charge for long... Luckily, I kept the 3.0 and so glad I did...
Not sure what you have produced in the 5.0 Ultra, but its trimming capabilities are far inferior to those of its predecessors.. It feels blunt (even with brand new heads) and struggles to crop hair during its first pass (the 3.0 had no such issues). Added to this, its teeth tend to pull/tug at the hair rather than shear it off, at great pain to the recipient.
Just not a comfortable experience at all, I'm afraid, and regrettably, my rating reflects it.
I have two items from this company: a beard trimmer and a body shaver. Unfortunately, the foil on the shaver is ineffective. I'm now on my second unit, which was not inexpensive, and the foils keep coming off the shaver head. The one that broke today has only been used a few times at most. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience with poor quality—definitely avoid it.
I have always relied on traditional razors but decided to try electric shavers after hearing friends rave about them. I purchased a set that included a main shaver and a smaller trimmer, expecting a much cleaner shave without irritation. Unfortunately, both devices caused severe bumps on my lower body, leaving the area red and incredibly uncomfortable. I thought I might have used them incorrectly, so I tried them on my chest, but ended up with tiny itchy cuts similar to those on my lower body. When I attempted to use it on my face, it barely cut and provided a much less clean shave compared to a regular razor. I'm extremely disappointed and plan to return it; I can't believe I spent so much when a $13 razor gives me better results.
This grooming tool is user-friendly, accurate, and comfortable, providing a smooth experience without pulling or irritation. It boasts a high-quality design, impressive battery life, and consistently delivers clean and safe results. It outperforms the less expensive options I have tried in the past. I highly recommend it.
This is a complete disaster. I highly recommend avoiding this service. I placed my order two weeks ago and still haven’t received my package. I’ve reached out multiple times about the order status, initially speaking with an automated system. Now I can't tell if I’m communicating with a bot or a real person. I informed them today that if my package doesn’t arrive in the next three days, I will escalate the situation to payment processors and law enforcement due to suspected fraud.
