I’m very disappointed with my experience with MANSCAPED.
My Lawn Mower® 5.0 Ultra suddenly stopped working and would no longer charge, despite normal use.
I contacted customer support, provided clear photos, and explained the issue in detail. However, because I did not have proof of purchase (the device was received as a gift), they refused to replace or repair it.
The only solution offered was to pay for their VIP Protection program and place a new order just to qualify for a replacement. Requiring customers to pay extra to replace a defective device feels unfair and not customer-friendly.
Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the brand. I will not be purchasing MANSCAPED products again, and I would not recommend them to others based on their warranty and support practices.
