Pro’s-good price-comfortable coach-knowledgeable tour guideCon’s-food (Indian food for 5 days instead of local cuisine)-accomodation (They gave us 1 double bed instead of 2 single beds. It could have been sorted on the first night and make it right the following nights, but we still got 1 double bed on the last night. Hence, I didn’t enjoy the whole tour because of uncomfortable sleep. They should at least double check the preference of their customers and if something is wrong, make it right for the rest of the tour.
Holiday was worth well for the money. Mr Ramana is a good driver and a good guide. Hotels were good too. But dinner and supper for 5 days of just Indian meals is so boring and irrespective. People would love to experience the local food too. Other wise the tour was very good. Also due to unprecedented traffic cause missed Brussels. Please try to improve those .
We have just finished our glimpses of Europe trip We would like to say that it was one of the best very well timed informative and organised trip with one of their best tour manager Ramnaa Also I would like to take an opportunity to thank Ramna and mantra for organising a little celebration for my daughter wedding anniversary We want to thankyou for that as it meant a lot for us and how we made so many good friends
Had a great trip for 5 days for glimpses of Europe tour with Ramana with Mantra Holidays. Very informative, organized tour manager. Gave us enough free time to explore the places in the tour and booked tickets in advance where possible. Gave us useful information and history about the buildings we were crossing. First everybody on the tour had food then Ramana had it. Hotels were very comfortable and staff very helpful. Food was indian throughout. For future, maybe change it to dinner indian and lunch local foods. Only the first day was lost as we were crossing from dover to dunkerque. There was lots of a delay and but Ramana gave us Zurich extra to make up and even celebrated wedding anniversary of a couple in the tour.
My recent journey through Europe was absolutely breathtaking! From the stunning architecture of Paris to the entertainment of Switzerland, every moment was a treasure. The scenic landscapes, vibrant cultures, and warm hospitality made this trip truly unforgettable. A must-visit destination for any travel enthusiast! Our tour manager Mr Ramana, was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he super informative and knowledgeable about all the sights, but he also had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained throughout the trip. His banter and comedic timing had us laughing out loud every day. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend! I hope all trips and all tour managers are like this !!!
Well , I don’t even know where to start from haha! First time , I’ve gone on a tour package like this in the uk, Hands off to Shruti!! And Nuno! These two people did an amazing job looking after us! Literally felt like we were on a trip with family! Not only did we cover the itinerary plan but thanks to Shruti and nuno, they made every minute count and added couple of extra places to visit due to their excellence in time management! We never felt rushed or anything! Planning and time management was on point! Well this is just a start! Hereafter all my bookings are gonna be with mantra! Mantra team, you’re lucky to have Shruti and Nuno! Keep them , they are an asset to your team!
