Lovely experience I have recently been to Amsterdam trip with mantra as a family . We had a such a lovely and memorable experience. The 4-day Scotland tour was an unforgettable experience—well-organized with a thoughtfully planned itinerary. A big thank you to Anshu for his calm and helpful support when my original trip was canceled due to low bookings. He handled the rescheduling smoothly and professionally, making the entire transition stress-free.Special appreciation to our Tour Manager, Ms. Shruti, whose warmth and energy truly elevated the trip. She made everyone feel welcome and added a personal touch that made the journey feel special and connected.The coach was very comfortable, and our driver, Connor, was excellent. However, on the first day, when we reached the hotel, he didn’t assist with the luggage. This led to a lot of chaos and confusion in the chilling weather, as everyone rushed to grab their bags. Unfortunately, in the commotion, one of the bags had its wheel broken. It was a rough start to an otherwise smooth ride.Hotel accommodations were fantastic—clean, comfortable, and welcoming.The main reason for dropping a star was the dinner experience on the third night at Hotel Haveli. It was deeply disappointing. The food contained artificial coloring, veg and non-veg counters were mixed, and the hotel staff was outright rude. Many of us, including myself, ended up going to bed without eating—it was that bad. It’s an experience I’d strongly advise avoiding in the future.On a brighter note, the meals at Masala Twist were absolutely outstanding. Great food and great service—wishing all our dinners had been there instead. All things considered, I’d give this tour 4 stars. With better dinner choices and a bit more coordination at key moments, it could easily be a perfect 5-star journey. Still, the memories made and the places explored will stay with me for a long time. Thank you for a truly special trip!
Scotland is beautiful, with Mantra it was an even more beautiful experience! Everything was very planned and managed. Shruti is an amazing tour guide. She is so knowledgeable and knew so many things. We absolutely loved her. Our coach driver Connor was equally fun and an excellent driver. Both of them made our trip really memorable. Will definitely travel with Mantra again.
Traveled during Easter holidays 2025 on 4 day trip to Scotland. Shruti the tour Manager was excellent. She is an amazing guide, knows a lot about the history and importance of the place. We had a bad weather and traffic jams. She covered the points missed the next day. She even managed our additional shopping requests within the tour itinerary. The coach driver Conner ensured we reached places on time, very jolly guy and kept the coach tidy throughout the tour.The itinerary of Mantra is same as other tours with a lower price and better discounts. They also modified the booking to accomodate additional traveller.
