I placed an order for a pair of €75 sunglasses which was marked as delivered however I never received the parcel. Weeks ago Mantra told me they would follow up on this. I have since sent 4/5 messages to their Instagram which they have read but just don’t respond to. Judging by other reviews this is a regular occurrence for this company. Would NOT recommend this company as they take your money and don’t deliver. Horrendous customer service!!!
