Ok very bad experience from this Mantra site i purchased i watch hummer brand but dilevery staff given empty box same time informed and complaint many times but still not responding this is very rude all staff behaviour not given solution not taken seriously but i want my product

Ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses using a promotion. I wanted to swap one of the pairs for a different style as they didn’t suit my face shape, the customer service team were super helpful and responsive. Can’t fault the quality of the sunglasses, I’ve had lots of compliments on them already!
At last, I have found an authentic Indian restaurant. Service was friendly helpful, attentive but not invasive. The food was excellent from the starter, main course and desert. The sauces were flavorful; the meats were tender and juicy. The outside and location do not do justice to the quality within. I look forward to returning and trying some other dishes.
Don’t buy from this company, the product is fine, if you have no issues, their sales arm is super efficient but their customer services arm is non existent, no phone number just an email that no one responds to. I don’t know how they are allowed to operate with zero customer service
Bad experience.My order was placed six weeks ago. Order has not arrived. Mantra is not able to ship another item, or refund.I got two tracking numbers from them. First is with with DHL and second with Canada Post that us not even visible in their system Edit 01/05/25 : never delivered, no refund.
I placed an order for a pair of €75 sunglasses which was marked as delivered however I never received the parcel. Weeks ago Mantra told me they would follow up on this. I have since sent 4/5 messages to their Instagram which they have read but just don’t respond to. Judging by other reviews this is a regular occurrence for this company. Would NOT recommend this company as they take your money and don’t deliver. Horrendous customer service!!!
I'm actually in shock at the bad reviews forthis company. I have five pairs of their boots & a pair of their sunglasses, & I think the quality of all the products I bought is insanely good. The boots are all so comfortable & the sunglasses are as a good as any high end brand I own, so please don't be put off by some of the reviews & give this fabulous Irish owed company a try. Well done Mantra, you're killing it. ❤️
