Received the Willow boots as a Christmas present from my husband. Lucky I opened them on the day that they were delivered to realise one boot was faulty, the sole was coming apart from the actual leather part of the boot! Obviously this company must not check over the stock before they ship stock out! I contacted their customer care team straight away by email and got no reply. I DM their social media page, got no reply! What a waste of time and money! Huge letdown from an Irish run company that is such highly spoken of on social media!
