Bought the Nova boots as they look amazing and all influencers where saying how good they are but when I received the boot couldn’t get them on my feet. I’m only a size 4 and normally have the opposite problem with trying to get a boot to fit my narrow feet and calf’s. When i did get them on really struggled to get them off. The customer service DOESN’T exist as I emailed, DM and used messager and still nothing. Do not waste your time or money, you also won’t get back your delivery charge even though they have sold faulty boots
