I had an issue with products damaged during shipping. The glass bottles were shipped in a thin bag of felt in a bubble mailing envelope. I think the company should consider shipping their products in boxes with bubble wrap because I do not think I am the first to experience the problem. Be sure to take a picture of the damaged products, because the company will ask for you to upload a picture. That being said, the customer service team responded very quickly and had my replacement plus a free gift shipped the next day.
