I loved the concept of this been a more “eco friendly “ way of doing your nails and whilst on my toes the polish last longer , on my hands which of course gets exposed to water etc more , it lasts 2-3 days and starts chipping , I though it’s cause I don’t file well and tried to file better but still . It’s a bit disappointing cause I like the product but no point if it’s just as good as normal nail polish.

The staff at Manucurist are very helpful and provide great service. I had problems with my order. Some nail polish had arrived with cracks. I sent them an email, and my replacement order is already on the way. Products are amazing, and they often have amazing deals! Highly recommended.

I had an issue with products damaged during shipping. The glass bottles were shipped in a thin bag of felt in a bubble mailing envelope. I think the company should consider shipping their products in boxes with bubble wrap because I do not think I am the first to experience the problem. Be sure to take a picture of the damaged products, because the company will ask for you to upload a picture. That being said, the customer service team responded very quickly and had my replacement plus a free gift shipped the next day.

Awful product, do not waste your money. I bought the flash green set at the end of last year and have tried it multiple times since. Every single time it chips in under 24 hours (meant to last 10 days). I’ve tried all their advice, thin coats, prepped nails, I’ve got good condition nails and have never had an issue with other polishes.

When I asked to return it I was told I couldn’t as it’s been too long, and they offered me 30% off buying a new better product. Clearly the one they’re selling isn’t durable

After received my kit I saw that the lamp was not working and reach out to manucurist was attended by Luna who after making me some question understood that it was a mistake from their supplier. On the same day I had received an order on my email that a new lamp was coming my way and some instructions how to recycle the old one. Well done! Keep going the good work 🌸

Excellent customer service and great products!

My initial order had one item damaged. I was a bit hesitant about reaching out to customer service through WhatsApp, but after sharing an update on the order's condition along with some photos, I received an upgraded replacement that was sent out promptly. I've tried the nail and cuticle oil so far, and I'm truly impressed with the results. Thank you to the team!

Excellent Support and Amazing Product!

I placed an order at the end of November, and for weeks, the shipping info showed no progress, just stating 'Label created.' I reached out to the company via email, and they replied within a day. They investigated the issue and asked me to wait a bit longer. After another week, I followed up, and they promptly shipped my order again, even including a cuticle oil as a gesture of goodwill. I truly appreciated the straightforward communication and quick resolution regarding the shipping issue. Their customer service is top-notch, and the product is fantastic as well. I’m usually allergic to no-chip polishes, but with this brand, I’ve had no problems at all. It’s genuinely a clean product, and removing the polish is a breeze!
