I subscribed to a Manus plan priced at USD 78. On the second month renewal, without any authorization or plan upgrade, I was charged USD 390.Since November 2025, I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue directly with Manus. I was repeatedly asked to send invoices, receipts, and credit card statements, which I provided, but the process goes in circles and no solution is offered.To demonstrate good faith, I did not use any of the credits associated with the USD 390 charge. I do not recognize this charge as valid and never benefited from it.This is a clear case of incorrect and unauthorized billing. I am still waiting for a full refund of the USD 390 that was charged incorrectly.Be cautious if you subscribe, as billing issues are not handled transparently.
