Lack of transparent cancellation during trial period.I signed up for the 7-day free trial and attempted to cancel before the trial ended. However, there was no clear cancellation button available in the account settings. Cancellation required sending a manual email, with no immediate confirmation.Despite this, my card was charged after the trial ended. When I contacted support, my refund request was automatically denied, even though I had not used the service.Subscription services should provide a clear, accessible, in-account cancellation option, especially during a trial period. Requiring manual email cancellation creates unnecessary friction and is not consumer-friendly.I’m sharing this experience so others are aware of how cancellation is handled.
