I have been a long-term Manus customer spending up to $5,000 per month. In January 2026, I was forced to temporarily downgrade my plan due to unforeseen circumstances. When I returned to work in March, all of my credits — 476,000 credits worth $2,380 — had been completely deleted without any prior warning, notification, or explanation.
At no point during the purchase or downgrade process was it made clear that unused credits would be permanently deleted at the end of the billing cycle.
When I contacted support, I was simply told that monthly credits reset automatically. No refund, no restoration, no accountability.
This is not an isolated case. Multiple users on Reddit have reported identical experiences with thousands of dollars lost.
For a platform charging premium prices, the complete lack of transparency, the unresponsive support, and the silent deletion of paid credits is unacceptable. This is not how a legitimate business treats its customers.
