The checkout showed three unsuccessful payment attempts (two debit, one AMEX), yet I was still charged $534.98 and $741.01.This indicates a checkout or billing system fault, not an intentional plan upgrade on my end.I contacted support immediately and provided full details, including timestamps and invoices. Three days later, I still have no confirmation of a refund, no clarity on which account was charged, and no response to my follow-ups.Charging customers after failed payments and then not responding to urgent billing issues is unacceptable.I am still waiting for:• A full refund• Confirmation of the charged account• A clear refund timeframeI will update this review if the issue is resolved.
