As per my previous experiences with ManyPets, fantastic service and I've just signed up for their flea and worming package, which is cheaper than my vets.
I'm very pleased with ManyPets and Jasper woofed thankyou for his free treats that arrived with the package. 🐾 🐾

My policy for my German shepherd came up for renewal the cost was £130 extra a month on top of my monthly payments when it renewed I told them it was too expensive, they said I would have to cancel my policy and take out a new one but if my 9 year old dog had ongoing problems they would not be covered, really I've been with them for 5 years and that's how I'm treated absolutely disgusting company only thought is taking your money why was I so surprised, they advised to get in touch if you don't agree with the new policy price they will help no they won't they say pay or cancel. So I cancelled.

I have had insurance for my dog since 2023. Today is first day I have had to make a claim. I completed the easy to complete claim form, a copy of the invoice and within 3 hours, the money was in my bank account. It had actually been deposited within 3 hours.No fuss, no waiting around, no chasing my vet to pay for them to send over confirmation. Excellent service and will now be moving our 5 cats over from Pet Plan to Many Pets. Additionally, they give you access to an online vet consultation free of charge. What more can you ask for. Competitive prices and 5 stars for service. Im so pleased and can highly recommend Many Pets

Okay we joined Many pets beginning of Jan and yes there is a ABP Condition that you can't make a Claim for a Pet under new Cover ( If you transferred in ) for about 14 weeks but Why Did Many Pets flaff around for 6 weeks looking at our Claim we put in, asking further Q's from us and our vets when it didn't meet their T&C's; when they could say upon submital that the Claim should not be made. Surely their Online System should have caught this as well.

Our advice is to shop elsewhere and look for other Pet Insurance providers.

Nice and easy to setup plan, not intimidating like some plans that want to know the ins and outs of your pets inside leg measurements! Still expensive but cheaper than many others and MP have better coverage. I suppose the proof will be in the pudding if/when needing to claim but all positive up-to now.

Back in early December 2025 a claim we put in for our cat was refused - no grounds given and email received at 5:30pm on a Friday - leaving us extremely frustrated with no one to talk to. We put in a complaint and argued our case. On the 2nd Jan we had an email saying decision overturned and we would be getting a settlement email and our money within 14 days. Great we thought! Fast forward to now (26 days after the final decision email was received), 2 emails and 2 phone calls later STILL no money. It’s impossible to get through to the complaints team dealing with my claim over the phone, they hide behind agents who are friendly enough but cannot deal with the issue. No replies back from the emails we have sent. Spoke to someone yesterday explaining my frustrations and explained I wanted a call back from someone who can actually help plus an email outlining what had been discussed and action moving forward. No phone call and no email received and guess what…STILL NO MONEY. This is an extremely stressful situation to be in and if I was you, I would avoid this company like the plague!

There are never any quibbles when making a claim. This gives me peace of mind that whatever our dog needs, he can have. Some say the monthly costs are expensive. I would disagree when this peace of mind is priceless

I've been with manypets for about 4 years and my claim for my rescue boys dental work was denied...WHY..I didn't read the paragraphs and sub paragraphs, apparently I didn't have his work done within the 6 months of being advised even though I read what was included and what wasn't, AND phoning customer service to double check....we pay insurance because we can't afford to pay in one lump sum now I'm left in financial difficulty because manypets thought it was their right to keep MY MONEY... BEWARE!!!!
EDIT FOR MANY PETS, went through the ombudsman and still denied even though I was willing to compromise, emailed CEO surprise surprise...no response
