Then they will get offended when you show frustation but still dont care about your issue
Others banks will take two hours to 5 working days to fix issues, it has been over a year and half

They discriminate against foreigners

This bank highly discriminates against foreigners. Registering is impossible.. Despite providing all documents and living in France for over 2 years, they keep refusing me. I tried at least 5 times and for some reason, they always come up with lame excuses why they can't proceed (like a made a typo in my birth date or some nonsense like that), which I didn't and I check everything twice especially when I enter information like this..

Poor communication and endless delays

Very disappointing experience with Fortuneo.I opened my account through a friend’s referral and applied for both a current account and a PEA account at the same time. It has now been over a month, and my request for a Gold CB Mastercard is still not processed.Asper their request, I transferred the required €300 initial deposit, yet I keep receiving automated emails asking me to make the same payment again. I contacted customer support several times and submitted complaints, but received no response.As a foreigner, it is especially difficult to explain the situation, and unfortunately the customer care agents seem clueless and unconcerned. When I finally reached the helpline, I was told to send a paper application form by post, which was never clearly communicated and feels outdated.Poor communication, long delays, and lack of support. Not acceptable for a bank.
